The minimum transfer amount is $100, and the maximum is $3500 per transaction.

Transfers are processed in 1-3 business days upon the KYC is successful. Delays may occur due to external factors like banking systems or compliance holds.

Riqueza allows refunds and cancellations before the transfer initiation phase, subject to compliance checks. If the transaction is flagged as suspicious or involves fraud, refunds will be processed after an internal investigation.
